Votée par le peuple suisse en 2017, la Stratégie énergétique 2050 a notamment pour objectif de réduire la consommation d’énergie et améliorer l’efficacité énergétique. Par conséquent, Energie Romande va équiper 220’000 clients répartis sur près de 300 communes de compteurs dits intelligents. Vous seriez informés par courrier 5 semaines avant le remplacement de votre compteur. (C’est à ce moment-là que vous auriez la possibilité de réagir). Si celui-ci n’est pas accessible depuis l’extérieur, Energie Romande prendra rendez-vous avec vous. Selon Energie Romande : « ces compteurs émettent mois d’ondes qu’un baby phone et il n’y aurait pas de risques sanitaires. De plus, vos données seraient traitées de manière totalement anonyme et sécurisée ». – (source Energie Romande)
Les ondes électromagnétiques émises approx. toutes les 15 minutes par ces compteurs connectés, à priori d’intensité modérée, s’ajoutent à l’électrosmog déjà omni présent. Imaginez-vous un tel objet connecté dans chaque bâtiment, pour chaque domicile, commerce, école ! Cela peut suffire pour que certaines personnes basculent dans l’univers de l’électro-hypersensibilité.
Comme vous pouvez le lire dans le dernier paragraphe de la citation partielle de la Loi sur l’Energie plus bas : « L’utilisation de système de commande et de réglage intelligents requiert le consentement des consommateurs finaux et des producteurs chez lesquels il sont installés». Vous pourriez donc écrire à votre fournisseur d’ énergie en les informant que vous refuseriez cette installation chez vous.

Premessa
I nostri contatori dell’elettricità, del gas e dell’acqua vengono man mano sostituiti da contatori digitali, i cosiddetti smart meter. Secondo la Strategia energetica 2050 della Confederazione, l’80% dei contatori dovrà essere sostituito entro il 2027, anche se i dispositivi attuali funzionano ancora. Questo comporta pericoli per gli esseri umani e per l’ambiente.

30may2024 – Die Strahlung von Smartmetern – Mit dem geplanten Stromgesetz sind die digitalen, kommunizierenden Stromzähler – sogenannte Smartmeter – in aller Munde. Dabei stellt sich die Frage: Wie oft und wie stark strahlen Smartmeter?
- Es verbreitete sich zurzeit fälschlicherweise die Information, Smartmeter würden nur einmal pro Tag und sehr schwach strahlen.
- Korrekt ist: Smartmeter dürfen nur einmal täglich Daten übertragen, die meisten Modelle geben dennoch alle paar Sekunden oder Minuten hochfrequente Strahlung ab. Sie führen damit oftmals zu einer deutlichen Mehrbelastung von Wohn- und Arbeitsräumen durch Elektrosmog.
Der Verein Schutz vor Strahlung fordert der Einsatz von strahlungsfreien Glasfaserverbindungen für die Datenübertragung und die Möglichkeit, den Einbau eines Smartmeters abzulehnen……

We “Europeans for Safe Connections” do not see the benefits for the EU citizens only for the big businesses. Radiation protection have been completely ignored in this draft. The Department of Environmental Medicine of the Austrian Medical Association (ÖÄK) warned against the widespread introduction of smart meters (SM) several years ago. SM lead to a significant increase in electrosmog exposure and thus to health effects. The German Federal Office for Radiation Protection warned already in 2016: “According to the principle of radiation protection to minimize or completely avoid exposure, SM that transmit their data by cable should be preferred.”….. - Thus, the more information the investigator knows, the more hypotheses they can introduce into the inductive/deductive reasoning process, the better the result.
- The length and breadth of scientific knowledge and principles needed by the fire investigator is large in scope. Subject matter experts are generally required. These experts include crime scene examiners and evidence collection personnel, laboratory analysts, electrical/mechanical engineers and others.

July2019 – USA: Fire and Electrical Hazards from ‘Smart’, Wireless, PLC, and Digital Utility Meters – Nina Beety.
In the last twelve+ years, utility companies have launched major roll-outs of electronic digital meters across the United States and globally for electric, natural gas, and water service. These meters include wireless transmitting Smart or AMI Meters, AMR meters and ERTs, and powerline communication (PLC, BPL) meters.
Due to meter design and function, these digital meters can malfunction in several ways. Electric digital meters can allow surges and overvoltage to flow into buildings which can burn wiring and destroy appliances and electronics. They can interfere with arc and ground fault circuit interrupters. Meters have exploded and have caused fires, and they have likely contributed to the severity of other fires. Some of the fires have resulted in the deaths of people and their pets. Water and gas AMI/AMR/digital meters pose additional hazards.
These problems are known to the industry, regulatory commissions, some fire officials, the news media, and insurance companies, and were the subject of a dispute before the National Labor Relations Board.
