On December 22, 2022, the General Secretariat of the Swiss Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC/UVEK) replied to our last request, and after three years of waiting, here now is the insane conclusion of their letter:
“After in-depth research, the working group has determined that, due to the current legal situation, there is no market surveillance authority in Switzerland responsible for the health aspects of NIR products (e.g., verification of compliance with NIR limits).”
In plain text, there is still no compliance review of mobile devices, let alone an official body responsible for this, in Switzerland.

Mobiltelefone und Gesundheit: Von Schweizer Behörden noch immer ignoriert
Am 22. Dezember 2022 antwortete das Generalsekretariat des Schweizer Departements für Umwelt, Verkehr, Energie und Kommunikation (UVEK) auf unsere letzte Anfrage, und nach drei Jahren des Wartens, hier nun die irrsinnige Schlussfolgerung ihres Schreibens:
“Nach eingehenden Nachforschungen hat die Arbeitsgruppe festgestellt, dass es in der Schweiz aufgrund der aktuellen Gesetzeslage keine Marktaufsichtsbehörde gibt, die für die gesundheitlichen Aspekte von NIS-Produkten (z.B. Überprüfung der Einhaltung der NIS-Grenzwerte) zuständig ist”.
Im Klartext: Es gibt noch immer keine Überprüfung der Konformität von mobilen Geräten, geschweige denn eine offizielle Stelle, die dafür zuständig wäre. WEITER LESEN

En date du 22 décembre 2022, le secrétariat général du Département fédéral de l’environnement, des transports, de l’énergie et de la communication (DETEC) suisse a répondu à notre dernière interrogation et après trois années d’attente, voici la conclusion insensée de son courrier :
“Après des recherches approfondies, le groupe de travail a constaté qu’en l’état actuel de la législation, il n’existe en Suisse aucune autorité de surveillance du marché compétente pour les aspects sanitaires des produits RNI (p. ex. vérification du respect des valeurs limites RNI*) ”.
En 2022, toujours aucun organe officiel en charge de vérifier la conformité des appareils. SUITE
